To qualify 5 Star Granny Flats will require the below information

• A 149 certificate section 2 from local government authority (council).
• A Sewer Diagram. This can be obtained from www.sydneywater.com.au.
• A Title search. This can be obtained here
• Land size must be a minimum of 450m2.
• Frontage must be a minimum of 12 metres.

5 Star Granny Flats will offer a site visit and free consultation with one of our granny flat experts to review your block and discuss your desired granny flat construction.

• 5 Star Granny Flats will either allow you to choose from 3 state of the art modular designs we offer or, work with our draftsmen to develop a custom solution to complement the existing house.
• 5 Star Granny Flats will handle the Certified Approval with the PCA (Principle Certifying Authority).

• A dedicated team of qualified subcontractors is appointed and managed by our in-house consultants to ensure high quality, timely delivery of each phase of construction.
